Evaluation Question 2: How does your media product represent particular social groups?

I drew a lot of inspiration from Amy Lee of Evanescence when composing my main image. Her gothic-casual style is a fairly frequent one when looking at female rockers, and as such by using elements from Amy Lee's style I ensured my image was representative of the rock scene as a whole .

I almost completely answered this question during my research and observations on the representation of women in rock magazines, which can be found here. Below is a summary of my decisions and reasoning.

A lot of my inspiration also came from Hayley Williams when composing my main image. Her more playful, casual style is fairly different from Amy Lee's, but also fairly common throughout the genre.
