We decided to pick this house as our final location, the house of one of my friends, as we thought the old-fashioned architecture worked well for the character of an antique collector. We also liked the wide, open rooms, long hallways and quirky yet understated decor. 

We decided we would take the station shot at Eynsford rail station, as it was often empty, and we figured we could get some nice isolated shots of our protagonist there. We also liked the old rail building and semi-overgrown plants nearby, as we felt these gelled well with our old-fashioned aesthetic.
