Our titles were made using a cracked wallpaper texture found on the internet, combined with text added in Photoshop. We used the quick select tool to select areas of the backdrop where tears in the wallpaper were present, and then used this selection to delete parts of the text. This gave the impression that the text had been painted onto the wall, and that the wallpaper had then ripped, taking parts of the text with it.
