There are a huge number of things that frustrate me about how modern society functions, and when given the brief 'Growth and Evolution' for my A2 photography coursework, I felt this would be a good time to explore them through the medium of photographs. 'Growth and Evolution' can easily be linked to the exponential and in many ways damaging growth of human society, infrastructure and population, and I decided I wanted to try and explore such issues through my various photo shoots during this project. I have always been partial to satire, and this was, I concluded, to be the basic connecting factor between many of my shoots.
