On the 13th of November 2015, during the course of this project, ISIL militants launched a horrific attack in Paris which killed hundreds. Unlike many, who focused on the details of the weapons used, the identities of the killers etc., I did not wish to give these heartless monsters any undue recognition. As such, I decided to make a tribute to the victims as a counter to the inflammatory attitudes of news networks etc. More details can be found in my 'process' section.
